Stress is the reason for the season right? I know, I know, it's not supposed to be the reason, but we end up dealing with it nonetheless. And do we all do our meditation and yoga to cope? Noooooo, we eat tons of chocolate, cookies, and other yummy holiday comfort foods to relieve that stress. How can we be "good"? How have you been able to fight urges and cravings to eat poorly this holiday season?
